Exercise

If you're able, one of the things they really encourage you to do here, besides wheatgrass and green juices, is EXERCISE!

So, I've been exercising regularly.  Aerobics 6 days per week, minimum 30 minutes, plus weight training every other day.  I started this routine about two weeks ago on the fourth full day at HHI.  It wasn't easy at first, because I hadn't been exercising regularly.  And some days, as I continue to detox, are better than others.  But I keep plugging and I'm generally feeling better.  I'm usually up by 5:30 a.m. for whatever reason...  so, I'm out the door for wheatgrass juice and gym!
